The details of your child's case have been referred to me for consideration of the provision of anaesthesia care for their upcoming surgery with {{operator}} on {{date_of_treatment}}. I will soon review their medical pre-assessment information, and as long as I see no medical reason why they should not have surgery, I will be happy to treat them on this date.
As a Consultant Anaesthetist, my fees are separate, and I am obliged to make this information available to you in advance of surgery. For your procedure code(s):

Please note that any billing, payments, and debt recovery will be managed by my appointed secretarial service ({{secretarial_billing}}), who will contact you directly after surgery.
If you do not agree to these terms, you are of course free to discuss this with {{pmi}}, and/or the hospital to see if they can find another anaesthetist to take on the care of your child. Your surgeon and their secretary are not best placed to help you navigate this matter.

When cancelling a subscription, it will be effected immediately. Pro rata refunds are not provided. If you have already had / currently have a free trial, you will not be able to obtain a second after cancellation.
You will then be able to purchase a new subscription.
Note that cancelling subscriptions will not delete your data.
Accounts without a current subscription will not be able to enter new patient, or send messages to existing patients. All other functions will be functional, including patient signing of existing quotations.
